Sinaa Special Milk Toast

Ingredients:

• 1 pint scalded milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 1/2 tablespoons bread flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons cold water
• 6 slices Sinaa Milk Bread

Preparation:

Add cold water gradually to flour to make a smooth, thin paste. Add to milk, stirring constantly until thickened, cover, and cook twenty minutes; then add salt and butter in small pieces. Dip slices of Sinaa Milk Bread toast separately in sauce; when soft, remove to serving dish. Pour remaining sauce over all.

Sinaa Brown Bread Fruit Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup chopped dried fruit or your favorite chopped dried fruits
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
• 1 Loaf Sinaa brown bread, cut into 1/4" slices

Preparation:

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except Sinaa brown bread and blend well. Make sandwiches with Sinaa brown bread slices. Filling can be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.

Sinaa Special Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• All Purpose Flour � 2 � cup
• Baking Soda � 1 tsp
• Butter Milk � 1 cup
• Egg � 2 large
• Mashed ripe Bananas- 3-4 number
• Vanilla- 1 tsp
• White Sugar � 1 � cup

Preparation:

• Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans with shortening.
• Mix sugar and butter in large bowl.
• Stir in eggs until blended.
• Add bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla.
• Stir in flour, baking soda.
• Mix well. Fill each pan halfway.
• Bake about 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours
• Cool 5 min.
• Loosen sides from pan then remove.
• Store at room temperature up to 10 days.
